B. Current Projects in Manual Therapy


In every research line 6 projects are performed by students.
These projects focus on several different area's  e.g. systematic reviews, fundamental research, reliability and validity studies.

 

C. Collaboration Universities in Manual Therapy (applied science) with other Universities (research).


COBRA-research is closely related to the Free University of Brussel (VUB). Not only due to tutor exchange but also due to the intention to combine research on the topic of mobility. An agreement on collaboration is also present between the department of general health medicine of the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and the Cobra research institute. Currently 2 PhD students of the Cobra institute work together with Prof. Dr. B. koes and Dr. A. Verhagen and Dr. A. Pool on a descriptive study of manual therapy in a large cohort of neckpain patients.
